On the way to Taulihawa, some glimpse of the road to Taulihawa from inside the bus, Taulihawa Buspark,

I was overhelmed by the sanctuary of Lumbini Garden. I saw many changes in the garden since my visit to the place ten years back. But the local people had little to do with the developmental activities carried in the area.

Early in the next morning, I prepared myself for Taulihawa, the district headquarter of Kapilvastu in the south-west of Nepal. On the way, there was a vivid picture of poverty and dirt everywhere. State's negligence in this part of the Terai could been seen in the following pictures.
